A freestanding condominium built in a modernized New England shingled style. You have offstreet parking for two cars, and more for your guests. There are three bedrooms (two of which are quite large, third has a single bed). Everything you need is here; cable television/DVD player, Internet with WIFI, charcoal barbecue grill, all kitchen utensils, china and flatware, linens, towels … just pack your bags and stop at the grocery store.

In summertime, mature plants that flower from May to September and very high privet on three sides offer a great deal of privacy. The house is bright and airy, with an open floor plan where living and dining are combined and there is an extra front room which can be closed off for privacy – it even has its own exterior entrance! The galley kitchen is small but efficient – d/w, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave,  conventional stove/oven and fridge. Also, a full washer/dryer. There is a large, bright full bathroom with tub and shower upstairs, and a half bath downstairs.

No smokers. A pet is negotiable.
